I am pleased to announce a new line for Myth & Magic. All pieces in this line are wearable for ceremonial purposes. They also make fine display pieces. The theme is Merlin, and all creations are either Merlin-related, or depictions of Ancient Gods (occasional Goddesses may surface). I have worked long and hard on the original wax carvings, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did in creating them.
The first piece of this line is called "Shaman Dancing" and is an exact replica of a cave painting. (Les Trois Freres, Ariege, France; 13,000 b.c.e) A Shaman, or as Marija Gimbutas called him, a 'Merlin' is caught midstep in a dance, his body already twisting deosil. He is suitable for all Shamanic rites and for most trance work.
